As part of Veolia Water Technologies, HPD® Evatherm® specializes in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of industrial plants in the evaporation and crystallization sector. **Your Role:** We are seeking a proactive and organized **Project Manager** to join our team in Mägenwil, Switzerland. In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and track project timelines to ensure smooth execution. * Coordinate technical and commercial topics with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. * Review and manage project documentation for accuracy and completeness. * Prepare and maintain meeting protocols with suppliers and clients. * Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost\-effective solutions. * Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Expedite purchased equipment to meet project deadlines. * Participate in on\-site commissioning activities. * Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including environmental and safety standards. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher education in a technical field. * Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Willingness to understand technical and commercial issues. * Full proficiency in English and German (spoken and written). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. * Willingness to travel internationally. **Why Join Us?** * Work on exciting international projects from design to commissioning. * Be part of a small, dynamic team where your expertise makes a difference. * Enjoy a 40\-hour work week with at least 5 weeks of vacation per year. * Benefit from 1 day of home office per week for added flexibility.
