Valdo Restaurants Limited is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst to join its team in Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing procurement requirements, coordinating purchasing activities and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective supply of goods and materials. The offered annual salary is €36,605, with a standard 39-hour work week. Key Responsibilities: Analyse purchasing requirements, source suitable suppliers, and obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, availability and delivery terms. Assist with supplier selection and negotiation of prices and purchasing terms. Process and monitor purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required goods and materials. Liaise with suppliers regarding prices, deliveries, shortages and order discrepancies. Monitor supplier performance, including cost, quality and delivery. Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records. Analyse procurement expenditure and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency. Prepare procurement and supply chain reports to support management decision-making.
