Join the Kitchen Team at McGettigan’s Hotel, Letterkenny McGettigan’s Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and passionate Kitchen Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to become part of a busy hospitality operation, working across McGettigan’s Hotel and Warehouse Bar + Kitchen, our vibrant adjoining venue known for its food, live entertainment and events. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team and is passionate about producing consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have: 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role. A strong culinary background and genuine passion for food. Excellent knowledge and awareness of HACCP and food hygiene standards. The ability to work confidently across all areas of a busy kitchen. The ability to remain calm and organised while working under pressure. A high standard of food preparation, presentation and consistency. The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Experience working in a busy hotel, restaurant, bar or hospitality kitchen. Why join us?
