Job summary
The Head of Site Finance is a senior finance leader responsible for delivering high-quality financial management, business partnering, and financial control across the site.
The postholder will:
Lead the site-based Finance Business Partnering function
Provide strategic and operational financial leadership to clinical and corporate services
Support the Site Director of Finance in ensuring financial sustainability, performance, and value delivery
Act as a key interface between Group Finance and the site, ensuring alignment to group standards, policies, and objectives
The role is pivotal in embedding a high-performing, insight-driven finance function that supports operational decision-making, productivity, and transformation. It is responsible for financial delivery, accountability and relationships at site.
