Main duties of the job We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, to join our team at L'Hermitage, a 41-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home based in St Peter, Jersey. Our care home is rated 9.3 on Carehome.co.uk. This role offers both full-time and part-time hours with 12-hour shifts, and it requires working alternate weekends. A salary of £16.11 per hour is provided. While an RQF qualification or equivalent is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates willing to work towards this qualification.
