Job summary
The Wycliffe Medical Practice are seeking to employ an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner, the ideal candidate being someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and happy to work as part of a long standing established team. Main duties of the job
Main Duties include, work as an autonomous practitioner as part of a multi-professional team in the delivery of high quality care to registered patients, list size is approximately 10,800 patients
Triage, assess and diagnose the treatment of patients requesting same day appointments or refer to GP/nursing team for further intervention or management.
Able to mange own caseload so prescribing qualification and experience are essential
Act as clinical expert in direct contact care
Facilitates expert inter-professional care for the ill patient and their dependents by direction, supervision and example; and maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.

The clinical team includes, 4 partners, 6 salaried GPs, 1 ANP, 3 Nurses 1 Nurse Associate and 3 HCAs

The Wycliffe Medical Practice are seeking to employ a part time independently prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioner , with the ideal candidate being someone who is proactive, enthusiastic and happy to work as part of an outstanding, long-established team.
Work as an autonomous practitioner as part of a multi-professional team in the delivery of high quality care to registered patient list of approximately 10,700 patients.
Triage, assess, diagnose and treat patients requesting same day appointments, or refer to GP/nursing team for further intervention/management.
Able to manage own caseload in response to unpredictable patterns of work.
Act as a clinical expert in direct contact care.
Facilitiates 'expert' inter-professional care for the ill patient and their dependants by direction, supervision and example; and maintenance of all records.
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Advanced Nurse Practitioner Certification Nursing Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) Master's Degree of Postgraduate Program in advance clinical practice or nurse practitioner studies.
Experience Desirable
Experience of working in primary care. Experience of working in a GP Practice.
