Job summary ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team. Qualifications Essential
This role calls for a full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
