Main duties of the job As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll be part of a team at Barchester Healthcare, assisting residents in a care home setting. Your role involves supporting daily living activities, ensuring residents receive quality care, and offering companionship. You'll report to the care home management and follow set care plans while maintaining a compassionate and empathetic approach. This temporary role offers flexibility with varying hours to cover as needed, such as during staff leave. While experience in elderly care is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided to enable you to thrive in your role.
