The Sales Representative role is pivotal in driving new business growth and sustaining customer relationships while adhering to the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Summary

Manage an assigned territory to achieve growth and exceed sales targets through new and existing business whilst building, and maintaining key relationships with customers and stakeholders. This is achieved by following the Sales Procedure/Policy of Rentokil-Initial Trinidad.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent company products/services to achieve sales targets and build profitable customer relationships.Conduct regular activity reviews and report daily.Schedule appointments and follow-ups using Gmail calendar.Maintain strategic business relationships within assigned accounts.Implement company sales strategies effectively.Enhance sales productivity through effective customer strategies.Manage sales pipeline and align daily activities with KPIs using the SOLO tracking tool.Generate accurate quotations and complete necessary sales documentation.Build relationships with technicians and Operations teams to generate service leads.Participate in sales meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.Communicate customer-related issues to branch staff for attention.Understand and follow company policies through training and awareness.Wear necessary protective clothing and equipment as required.Requirements

To be considered for the Sales Representative position, you will ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education: Minimum 5 CSEC/CXC/GCE O'Level passes; a degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous.Driving/Transport: Valid driver's license is mandatoryExperience: Proven sales or customer service experience (B2B preferred).Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.Benefits
