We’re looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to support our field operations during high-demand periods. If you’re someone who likes staying active, solving problems on the go, and working independently — this could be a great fit.
💡 What this role really isThis is flexible, on-demand work where you complete tasks across the city — from apartment inspections to simple fixes and key handoffs.

🛠 What you’ll do Conduct apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist) Take clear photos and document unit condition Handle key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks Perform basic fixes (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups) Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready 👉 Most tasks are straightforward and guided — attention to detail matters more than technical expertise.

Field operations / property management Delivery or logistics roles Task-based work (TaskRabbit, gig work, etc.) Maintenance or handyman experience (a plus, not required)
