As a Motor Repair Technician, you'll be hands-on, dismantling, inspecting, and assembling motors and generators from well-known brands like WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and Caterpillar. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure each motor runs smoothly and safely.
What you'll be doing:
Taking apart and putting together AC/DC motors and generators with care and precisionInspecting and measuring components using tools like micrometers and calipersDiagnosing mechanical and electrical issues to keep everything running perfectlyKeeping clear records of your inspections and repairsMaintaining high standards of quality and safety every step of the wayJoin a dynamic work environment where your skills truly matter and your work makes a difference!
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience repairing AC/DC motors — teardown and assemblyFamiliarity with major industrial motor brands such as WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and CaterpillarComfort using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipersStrong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficientlyGood communication skills with the ability to document work clearlyBonus points if you have:
Experience working in a manufacturing or repair shop environmentAn eye for detail and commitment to qualityThe ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamWork environment:
