Be the technical expert of InsiderSecurity solutions for our usersAchieve customer success by understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutionsAdvise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our productsDeploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environmentsDevelop and configure use cases to meet user's needsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issuesSupport the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during salesServe as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networkingDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperienced with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes) Experienced with networkingExperienced with Python or other high-level programming languagesFamiliarity with Bash scriptingFamiliarity with database administration and SQL is a plusPrior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantageExcellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detailGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to excel in a collaborative team settingMust be a Singapore residentBenefits
