About the Flex Creator Role:We're building a network of talented creators we can rely on for UGC projects for our clients. Upon joining our Creator Network, when a project or client feels like the right match for your skills and style, we will reach out.
This is NOT an influencer role or a "just post content" position. When we do bring you in, you'll be working on client accounts where strategy, brand alignment, and performance matter.

You’ll do:Video Creation
Create short-form social video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) end-to-end — scripting → filming → editing → iterationAppear on-camera as the face of content and deliver direct-to-camera storytelling for client brandsMine long-form content for social moments — identify compelling clips and adapt them for platform-specific formatsExecute with high production value: strong pacing, composition, sound design, and storytelling across all formatsFollow creative briefs while bringing your own creative POVCollaboration
Work closely with our strategists who guide content directionApply constructive feedback to continuously improve qualityPartner with our internal team to ensure content is aligned with client goals before deliveryRequirements
You haveHave 1+ year creating social video content (includes freelance, personal projects, or brand work)Comfort on-camera: you can appear in videos naturally and authentically, communicate effectively, and are willing to be the face of contentEdit your own work: proficient in Premiere Pro or Final CutPlatform fluency: native understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube workProduction fundamentals: a good eye for composition, pacing, hooks, and storytellingReliability: consistent quality output, meets deadlines, proactive communicationCoachability: open to feedback and committed to doing strong work for client brands
