About the RoleWe are seeking fluent Vietnamese speakers to assist in testing and improving an AI-powered chatbot system. This is a short-term, remote contract role spanning 3 days, requiring only a few hours of work per day. You will be required to call a U.S. phone number and interact with the chatbot in Vietnamese to evaluate its performance across a set of defined scenarios.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlace calls to a US-based phone number and interact with a chatbot in Vietnamese Complete a set of predefined test scenarios Accurately follow instructions for each test case Provide clear feedback on chatbot responses, including any errors or inconsistencies Document outcomes of each interaction as requiredAfter each interaction, you will provide written feedback on the chatbot's responses, noting any errors, unnatural phrasing, misunderstandings, or areas for improvement.
