Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we're now looking for a Project Manager Consultant - Regulatory / AML to join our journey. • Reinforce and support business project managers within the Compliance AML program by structuring and professionalizing project management practices. • Act as an interface between business project managers and the program manager ensuring coordination alignment and smooth execution across multiple Regulatory/AML initiatives. • Lead and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements including AML related regulations and risk and regulatory reporting obligations. • Provide strong organization structuring and planning across parallel projects including KYT-KYC-AML data reporting. • Establish and drive project governance including planning execution monitoring risk management and issue anticipation. • Introduce a proactive project management approach anticipating bottlenecks dependencies and delivery risks. • Produce and maintain clear project reporting dashboards status reports KPIs and steering committee materials. • Support modernization of AML and regulatory reporting including onboarding offboarding risk monitoring and regulatory submissions. • Contribute to the definition and setup of centralized AML and regulatory data sources golden sources and reporting frameworks. • Coordinate stakeholders across Compliance Risk Regulatory Reporting IT Finance and external providers ensuring alignment with regulatory objectives. • Ensure delivery quality without creating friction with existing business project managers through a senior collaborative and advisory posture. How do we imagine our future Project Manager Consultant - Regulatory / AML? • 5 to 10y experience in banking as a project manager or in a transversal role covering Compliance AML Risk Finance Regulatory Reporting or Audit. • Strong experience in implementing new regulatory requirements including AML regulations risk frameworks and regulatory reporting initiatives. • Solid understanding of Compliance AML and regulatory reporting topics is highly valued • Proven track record in setting up project management structures including reporting methodology risk management and execution monitoring. • Strong expertise in reporting and dashboarding ideally with Power BI Webfocus or similar BI tools. • Technical affinity with data modeling analytics and ideally Python or similar coding languages. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of seniority diplomacy and stakeholder awareness. • Master degree in Economics Finance Business Administration or equivalent. • Excellent communication skills in French and English. • Experience in Big 4 or large consulting environments is an asset. • Project or program management certification PMI Prince2 MSP Agile SAFe or change management certification is a plus.
