Hanko Grill House is looking for a restaurant worker to join our small and customer-oriented restaurant in Hanko. The position includes a variety of restaurant and customer service duties. The employee will take part in the daily operations of the restaurant and help ensure smooth customer service, cleanliness, and a pleasant environment for our customers. Main Duties The duties include, among other things: - working at the cash register and handling payments - taking customer orders - customer service - serving food and customers - cleaning tables and collecting dishes - maintaining the cleanliness and order of the customer areas - other assisting duties related to the daily operation of the restaurant As Hanko Grill House is a small restaurant, the employee is expected to be flexible and willing to carry out different tasks during the work shift when needed. Requirements We expect the applicant to have: - a positive and customer-oriented attitude - initiative and a responsible approach to work - ability to work in a busy environment - good teamwork skills - flexibility regarding different work duties The position requires knowledge of **Finnish, English, Arabic and Kurdish**, as the restaurant serves a multilingual customer base. Previous experience in restaurant work, serving, cashier work or customer service is considered an advantage.
