NeoWork is looking for an innovative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator to join our dynamic content production team. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging video content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video creation complemented by a passion for artificial intelligence and automation, enabling the creation of high-impact videos with efficiency and creativity.
Key Responsibilities Own the full AI video production process from concept to final delivery Interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into compelling video content Develop effective prompts for AI video tools to generate high-quality outputs Review, refine, and improve generated content to meet brand standards Edit and finalize videos for publishing across digital platforms Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines Continuously test new tools, workflows, and creative approaches Ensure consistency in quality, tone, and visual storytellingRequirements
3+ years of experience in AI video creation, video editing, or digital content production Proven hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to generate reliable, high-quality outputs Experience in video editing and post-production workflows Strong creative judgment and ability to execute from a brief independently Excellent time management and ability to work with minimal oversight Strong communication skills in an asynchronous remote setup Portfolio showcasing AI-generated or video content work preferredBenefits
