We are looking for a **skilled CNC Machinist** for our client for a long-term position in Virrat, Finland. In this role, you will work with a wide range of technically demanding machining tasks. The position requires particular attention to precision, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently. Job Responsibilities As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include: - Operating CNC machines and setting up machines for production - Machining components according to technical drawings and work instructions - Using CNC programs and making adjustments when necessary - Selecting and changing tools and making machine adjustments - Measuring components and carrying out quality control - Monitoring and optimizing machining processes - Maintaining machines and keeping the work environment in good condition - Cooperating with other production personnel and supervisors What We Expect from You - Previous experience in CNC machining - Experience in milling and/or turning - Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Good knowledge of measuring tools and measurement techniques - Familiarity with CNC controls and programming - Precise and careful approach to work - Ability to work independently - Initiative and a responsible attitude - Willingness to develop your professional skills **Experience in demanding machining operations, multi-axis CNC machines, or CAD/CAM programming will be considered an advantage.** Strong machining skills and a willingness to learn and develop are also highly valued.
