Your responsibilities Preventive maintenance: carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan and inspect machines to avoid breakdowns. Corrective & improvement maintenance: analyse and resolve faults, replace or adjust parts, consult technical documentation and ensure optimal machine performance. Optimisation: analyse recurring issues and propose improvement actions to increase performance and availability. Use of CMMS: record interventions, write fault analyses, prepare reports and monitor stock levels. Safety: ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively contribute to safety improvements. Support & training: provide technical support to colleagues and operational teams. Quality & environment: work in accordance with current procedures (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001). Solid technical background (mechanics, electricity or electromechanics). Autonomous, thorough and solution‑oriented. Experience with industrial installations is an asset. Knowledge of CMMS systems is a plus. Strong safety awareness, quality‑oriented and eager to learn. Willing to work in a 3‑shift system (Mon–Fri). Excellent command of English; knowledge of French / Dutch is an advantage
