Jobomschrijving As a Back-up Team Leader, you are the right hand of the team leader. You take over responsibilities during their absence and assist in managing a warehouse team on a daily basis. Together, you ensure smooth operations, high quality, and a positive working atmosphere. Your responsibilities: Support and replace the team leader in daily operations Coordinate and motivate team members on the shop floor Monitor productivity, quality, and safety Report progress and issues to management Contribute ideas for process improvements Do you recognize yourself in the items listed below: experience in logistics or warehouse operations leadership skills with a hands-on mentality Communicates in both Dutch and English flexible Works well under pressure and is solution-oriented
