4–8+ years of experience supporting senior executives (ideally supporting multiple leaders or operating across multiple business lines) Proven operational ownership beyond admin support (you’ve improved workflows, built systems, or made execution measurably smoother) Strong calendar and inbox management with real prioritization judgment and confidence making calls within agreed guardrails Experience preparing executive-ready materials (board decks, reports, leadership documentation, meeting briefs, or similar) Track record of coordinating cross-functional work and driving follow-through in fast-changing, ambiguous environments Comfort with tools and systems (task/project management, documentation, collaboration tools) and a curiosity about AI for efficiency
