The OpportunityWe are looking for a Manager, People Operations to run the full spectrum of human resources for the Lighthouse portfolio. You will report directly to the Managing Partner of the group and sit at the leadership table from day one.
This is a build role, not a maintain role. You'll be leading and owning the HR function for a growing portfolio of businesses with the autonomy to both strategize and execute. If you get genuine satisfaction from building things that scale, this role was written for you.
What You Will OwnM&A Integration
Lead people integration for new Lighthouse acquisitions, from pre-close diligence through to integrationPartner with corporate on legal entity setup, employment transitions, and cultural integrationTalent & Performance
Lead recruiting for critical leadership hires across the groupImplement a lightweight, effective performance management frameworkBuild a talent review process to identify high-potentials and succession risksEstablish an employee engagement survey cadence and act on resultsAI & Workforce Planning
Partner with portfolio company leaders on workforce planning as AI adoption changes role mixPeople Leadership
Be a credible thought partner to portfolio company CEOs on org design, team health, and people strategyBuild a team of HRBPs and recruiters as the group scales over timePeople Infrastructure
