You oversee the production process and, together with your team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You monitor the operation of 3 automatic packaging machines You manage 3 operators and 2 forklift drivers and provide guidance throughout their work You actively work on the machines yourself and step in wherever needed You set up, monitor, and adjust the packaging machines During production, you monitor quality, safety, efficiency, and production planning You carry out checks on products and packaging You identify malfunctions and deviations and resolve them yourself whenever possible You ensure an efficient distribution of tasks and clear communication within the team You are the first point of contact for employees on the production floor Do you know automatic packaging lines inside out, enjoy taking a hands-on approach, and at the same time know how to keep an overview of both your team and the production process? Experience working with an automatic packaging line is essential You have strong technical insight and a hands-on mentality Experience with CPS, multihead weighers, checkweighers, metal detection systems and/or automatic stackers is an advantage Experience managing or coordinating a team is an asset You have natural leadership skills and the maturity required to take responsibility You have good organisational and communication skills You communicate very well in Dutch and English and have a basic knowledge of French .
