About this role
Hotel Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a maternity cover period. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating all HR functions, actively contributing to the hotel's success by overseeing strategies related to talent acquisition, training and development, HR systems and people management activities.
Primary Responsibilities Include
Manage employee relations and support Management in resolving personnel-related matters.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires, ensuring the attraction of top talent for Hotel Cipriani.Plan, develop, and implement training sessions and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Analyze and present detailed HR reports, providing strategic insights to Management.Oversee the maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow processes.Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position Hotel Cipriani and Belmond as an employer of choice.Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate special initiatives for staff well-being.Be an ambassador for Belmond's values, standards, and policies at all times, both within and outside the workplace.Ensure compliance with Italian labor law and company regulations.Requirements
A solid experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.Proven experience in managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, training, staff development, and employee relations.Familiarity with HRIS systems and a strong understanding of HR reporting and analytics.Fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken) is essential.Availability to work full-time in Venice.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.Benefits
