Job OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Agent with strong technical knowledge and proven sales ability to drive revenue through hardware, software, and parts sales. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where you will engage with customers, recommend solutions, and close deals
ResponsibilitiesSell hardware, software, and technical parts to new and existing customersConduct outbound calls, follow up with leads, and close salesRecommend solutions based on customer needs and technical requirementsTrack activity and manage your pipeline using CRM toolsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceRequirements
Technical knowledge is mandatory (hardware, software, gamers, understanding latency, PC specs, etc.)Advanced level of EnglishProficiency in closing salesMust complete Zoho training and learn how to make connections before joining parts
