Job Title: Social Media & Graphic/Ad Creator ManagerJob OverviewWe are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Graphic/Ad Creator Manager to oversee our online presence and drive brand growth across multiple platforms. This role combines social media management with hands-on content creation, including graphic design and advertising materials. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (including LinkedIn and other platforms) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals Design high-quality graphics, ad creatives, and promotional materials Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, including posting, outreach, and engagement Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business objectives Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely mannerRequirements
Qualifications Proven experience in social media management and graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social posts, and branding work Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Experience managing LinkedIn pages and campaigns Understanding of paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
