About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Credit card charging with experience in patient account management and payment processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Tebra and has a background in medical billing.
Key Responsibilities Charge and process credit card payments accurately in Tebra. Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts. Reconcile patient accounts and resolve discrepancies. Review billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow up on outstanding balances and payment issues. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and patient records. Coordinate with billing and administrative teams as needed.Requirements
Experience working with Tebra (required or strongly preferred). Background in medical billing or healthcare administration. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.Benefits
