DTC Integrated Marketing Associate (UK & EU Markets)Job Type: Remote, Full-Time (CET Hours)
OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Associate to support the rollout of integrated marketing initiatives across the UK and EU. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can translate strategy into action, and ensures campaigns are delivered seamlessly across multiple markets.
You’ll act as a key bridge between global strategy and regional execution—making sure campaigns, launches, and promotions are implemented effectively and on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the execution of marketing initiatives across UK and EU markets Ensure US-led integrated campaigns are successfully localized and deployed across regional markets Lead the rollout of key marketing projects, including campaigns, product launches, promotions, and GWP (Gift With Purchase) activations Partner closely with Brand teams to support local initiatives and market-specific activations Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaigns Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting, insights, and optimization Work alongside the Media & Performance Lead to translate strategic direction into actionable execution plans Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or project management Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, eCommerce, etc.) Experience working across multiple markets (UK/EU preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and performance teams Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to HaveExperience in consumer brands, eCommerce, beauty, fashion, or retail Familiarity with GWP or promotional campaign execution Experience working with global teams, especially US-based stakeholders
