Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Italian/French/English) (M/F/X) in Zaventem. Do you have excellent knowledge of Italian, French and English? Your responsibilities: Customer contact by phone and email Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents) Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners Profile : C2 level Italian, C1 French and English required ; - You must have a bachelor or masters degree. You must have a prior first experience in a corporate customer service role You live in Belgium and are eligible to work here. You can reach the company easily (Zaventem) Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must You must meet all requirements to be considered for this position.
