Our business is growing fast and is highly visible to senior leadership. We're looking for a Developer Support Engineer to join our global Advertising API Support team. In this role, you'll be the technical expert for developers and advertising partners integrating with the Amazon Ads API — troubleshooting complex integration issues, debugging API behavior, and driving root-cause resolution. You'll also serve as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for a portfolio of key partners, owning those relationships end-to-end and proactively guiding them toward successful, scalable integrations. This is a hybrid role that blends technical depth with meaningful account ownership. It's ideal for someone who is a fast learner and enjoys solving hard technical problems while being the trusted technical partner that customers rely on. Key job responsibilities As a Developer Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Providing support directly to developers using the Amazon Advertising API - Writing code samples, tutorials, and technical articles for the developer community - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive timely customer communication during critical events - Contributing to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles - Owning the technical relationship for a portfolio of key API partners, serving as their primary point of contact - Proactively monitoring partner health, anticipating risks, and driving resolution before issues escalate - Building trusted, long-term relationships and representing the voice of the customer internally
