*Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent *Annual Compensation: *$78,000?$95,000 per year *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.?5:00 p.m. *Location:* Toronto, Ontario ? In Person
*The Role*
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. The role is a blend of the following:
* Compilation engagements * Audit and review engagement work (condominiums, etc.) * Corporate income tax returns (T2) * Contributions to personal income tax returns (T1), seasonally * Project management: Taking a file from start to finished * Showing leadership and mentor junior and intermediate accountants * Interfacing with clients
*Qualifications*
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting * Strong experience preparing compilation engagements * Experience preparing T1 and T2 tax returns * Working knowledge of *Caseware Working Papers* * Working knowledge of *Taxprep or Profile* * Experience with *QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop* * Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
