*Key Responsibilities*
* Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently on commercial landscape construction sites * Perform grading, leveling, clearing, backfilling, and general site preparation * Follow site plans, grade stakes, and direction from supervisors and project managers * Complete daily equipment inspections before use * Report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs immediately * Maintain equipment in clean and proper working condition * Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and crew members to support project timelines * Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures at all times * Assist with other site duties as required
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience operating a bulldozer is required * Experience in commercial landscaping, site development, excavation, or construction is an asset * Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and job site awareness * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment * Valid driver?s licence is preferred * Ability to travel to and from job sites as required
