*Responsibilities*
* Answering many phone calls * Scheduling appointment for a diverse group of physicians, Nurse Practitioner, and Counsellors * Greeting our patients and putting them at ease when they are not feeling their best * Multitasking! Your duties will involve many other aspects of medical administration * Be flexible to the fact that your duties will evolve and change with the ever-changing environment.
*Requirements*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus * Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a healthcare setting * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong verbal and written communication abilities * Computer/Tech Savvy - Experience with electronic medical records (particularly PS Suite) an asset * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
