As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated team members who want to build their skills in duct cleaning and expand into HVAC service work.

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a *Duct Cleaning & Service Technician* to join our team. This role primarily involves duct cleaning services, with the opportunity to assist and grow into HVAC-related tasks. The ideal candidate has a good mechanical aptitude, is flexible working independently and with a team, has good communication skills, is friendly and approachable and enjoys problem-solving on the job.

*Responsibilities:*

* Perform residential and commercial duct cleaning using company equipment * Safely operate tools such as air compressors, ladders, drills, and related equipment * Identify and report issues or concerns observed during service * Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on-site * Follow company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas * Assist with HVAC service work and training opportunities as needed * Accurately complete service documentation and reports

*Qualifications:*

* Mechanical knowledge and hands-on technical skills (experience with tools and machinery) * Positive, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail * Comfortable working in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces, ladders) * Valid driver?s license and clean driving record required * Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a trade is an asset but not a necessity as *training will be provided*
