Are you ready to join a dedicated team and contribute to quality paving projects across Toronto and the GTA? Cedar Hill Paving is seeking an experienced, hardworking and reliable *Asphalt Raker* to support the preparation and installation of hot mix asphalt for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Meet at the yard and travel with the team to project sites for asphalt preparation and installation. * Assist with site removal and demolition activities as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work site by preparing tools, loading debris for disposal, and ensuring equipment is ready for use. * Collaborate with machine operators to establish proper grading during site preparation. * Manually rake and prepare grade areas inaccessible by machinery. * Support paving installation with precision, raking hot mix material to achieve the appropriate grade and thickness for compaction. * Ensure a clean and efficient work site after installation, facilitating a timely return to the yard. * Represent Cedar Hill Paving professionally and courteously at all times.

* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high level of reliability. * Commitment to professionalism, honesty, and quality craftsmanship. * Valid G-Class driver?s license with a clean driving record (driver's abstract). * Reliable transportation to the yard/work site. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays as required. * Physical capability to lift 50-60 pounds and perform in a physically demanding environment. * Experience in the asphalt industry.
