*Oomomo Manitoba* is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated *Sales Associate* to join our retail team.
As a Sales Associate, you will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Answer customer questions and provide product information * Help customers locate products throughout the store * Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately * Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies * Restock merchandise and maintain organized, clean, and attractive displays * Receive, unpack, price, and organize merchandise * Monitor product availability and communicate low-stock items to management * Assist with inventory counts and other inventory-related tasks * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor and other areas of the store * Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements * Assist with opening and closing duties as required * Work collaboratively with other team members and assist with other store duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude * Reliable and punctual * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and restocking merchandise * Strong attention to detail * Basic cash-handling and math skills * Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Availability
* Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required * Availability may vary depending on business needs
