Onkar Insurance is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative. We are searching for a hard working, enthusiastic, professional who is looking for a career with a competitive salary plus commission and multiple bonus packages! Punjabi/Hindi speaking an asset.
Job Duties:
* Answer and transfer inbound calls * Greet and assist onsite clients and guests * Respond to and send Emails accordingly * Schedule and confirm appointments * Draft correspondences and other formal documents * Maintain organized filing systems physical and electronic * Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
* Insurance Industry experience an asset but not required\*willing to train the right candidate\*
* Previous experience in administration or other related fields * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Customer Service experience an asset * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Sales experience an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
