About this role
Meehan's Industrial is currently seeking full-time experienced millwrights and machinery movers to join our growing team in Milton and Hamilton. We perform a wide variety of industrial projects at our customer's facilities throughout the GTA and Golden Horseshoe.
*The Job:* Millwright tasks include:
* Perform repairs to machinery & plant support systems including pneumatic, hydraulic & mechanical repairs. * Perform scheduled preventative maintenance. * Installation of new machinery & relocation of existing machinery. * Reading blueprints * Work independently on troubleshooting machinery, with minimal supervision. * Perform repairs independently * Successful millwright candidates will have the skills & experience required to work safely & independently or as part of a small team.
*Schedule:* Primarily day shift; occasional temporary exceptions based on project needs.
