As Senior Special Credit Account Manager, you'll manage some of the most complex and high-risk files. Drawing on your strong understanding of commercial lending practices and financial analysis, you'll develop realistic solutions, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and minimize potential losses. What you'll do Analyze financial statements in order to assess the customer's financial situation and identify viable recovery options Negotiate repayment agreements, loan amendments and other solutions with customers and affected third parties Work with solicitors, creditors and other specialists to protect FCC's interests Oversee the monitoring and implementation of action plans to address account issues Provide coaching, mentorship and guidance to credit specialists and internal partners What you'll bring to the team Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, agricultural finance or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Minimum seven years of relevant experience in commercial credit or complex account management Extensive knowledge of commercial lending and recovery practicesProven expertise in financial analysis, negotiation and restructuring of complex filesStrong understanding of credit laws and recovery practicesProficiency with computer tools and software applicationsProven experience providing coaching and mentorship Preferred qualifications:Experience working with customers in the agribusiness, food or agricultural production sectorsExperience collaborating with external stakeholders such as solicitors, bankruptcy trustees or receiversDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment Not sure you meet every requirement?
