We are a midtown Toronto wellness-based Chiropractic office focused on *Corrective Chiropractic Care and the 5 Essentials of Health*.
We are looking for a mature, responsible, outgoing individual who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating opportunities to grow our community.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The *Outreach & New Patient Coordinator* will be responsible for helping grow our practice through *community outreach, referrals, events, lead generation, and new patient communication*.
You will be the first point of contact for many new patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from their first inquiry through their first visit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and follow up with new patient leads, inquiries, and referrals * Be the first point of contact for prospective new patients * Develop creative ideas to generate new patient opportunities * Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, gyms, and organizations * Help organize and participate in community events and wellness talks * Create opportunities to connect with groups and introduce them to our approach to wellness * Engage with current patients and encourage referrals * Request and collect patient testimonials and success stories * Assist with social media and internal marketing * Track leads, referrals, and outreach opportunities * Assist with patient flow, scheduling, inventory, and general clinic support as needed

Previous experience in *outreach, marketing, sales, events, customer service, healthcare, or wellness* is an asset but *not REQUIRED*. Significant training will be provided.

*Schedule:* Monday?Thursday, including early mornings and evenings. And occasionally on WEEKENDS. *Hours:* Approximately 25?30 hours/week
*Monthly bonus* is available after 3 months upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
