*Position Qualifications:*
* *Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred * * *Standard First Aid- CPR C-AED* * *Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screen*
*We are looking for staff that are warm, caring, responsive individuals that concentrate on building positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community. Experience with children between 6 months to 4 years.*
*Description of Position:*
* *Plan and deliver quality child care in accordance with the Child Care and Early Years Act and ?How Does Learning Happen?* * *Work collaboratively and cooperatively with the Centre staff and management team* * *Work collaboratively with parents to build strong, trusting relationships* * *Collaborate with children to co-plan and implement a child-centered and play-based curriculum.* * *Use a variety of materials to intentionally create or adapt indoor and outdoor learning environments that support children?s exploration and learning*
*Additional Responsibilities:*
* *Attend staff meeting monthly held after hours (full time staff only)* * *Participate in Professional Learning opportunities* * *Update First Aid as required*
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
