*Job Overview*
Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake is hiring full-time Bakers for our Burnaby locations.
No prior baking experience is required ? training is provided for candidates who are motivated and reliable.
This is a permanent, year-round position in a fast-paced bakery environment.
*What You?ll Do*
* Prepare and bake bakery products following company standards * Assist with ingredient preparation, stocking, and packaging * Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards * Support opening and closing shifts as scheduled * Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
*What We?re Looking For*
Required:
* Food Handler Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Have (Not Required):
* Experience in baking, food service, or food production * Willingness to learn and follow procedures
*Schedule & Availability*
* Full-time: 40 hours per week (minimum 5 days) * Part-time positions available * Shifts range from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM * Weekend and holiday availability required
*Physical Requirement *
* Able to stand for extended periods * Able to lift up to 25 kg * Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment
