About this role
As a Civil Aviation Safety Inspector, you will contribute to the safety of Canada's aviation system by administering and enforcing regulatory requirements, assessing risks, and supporting a systems-based approach to aviation safety oversight.The duties and responsibilities of Civil Aviation Safety Inspectors include, but are not limited to, the following:¿ Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and responds to their evolving needs.¿ Exercise sound judgment and take timely, decisive action in complex situations, while leveraging collaboration and facilitation skills to support behavioural change and foster expertise in client-centered service delivery.¿ Exercises assigned responsibilities in compliance with departmental delegation authorities, policies, and applicable legislation.¿ Work under pressure to identify actual or potential conflicts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.¿ Accountable for making decisions that have a direct impact on the safety and w
