We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance and Administration Director for Secure Sheild Security, located at 100 Matheson Blvd EON suite Unit 102, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3P8, Ontario
*Job Description*
* Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's financial and administrative strategies to support the delivery and expansion of security guard, mobile patrol, concierge, and specialized security services across Ontario. * Direct the preparation, management, and monitoring of operating budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow, and expenditure controls to ensure the organization's financial sustainability and profitability. * Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and administrative procedures to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax legislation, payroll requirements, and regulatory obligations. * Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, operational performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making and business growth. * Direct financial planning for security service contracts by evaluating pricing models, contract profitability, labour costs, equipment expenditures, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency. * Oversee the administration of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, insurance, vendor contracts, and office administration to ensure accurate and efficient business operations. * Manage and provide leadership to finance and administrative staff by establishing performance objectives, coordinating workflow, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements. * Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business plans, evaluate investment opportunities, implement financial risk management strategies, and support the company's expansion through effective financial and administrative governance.
