Workforce Generation: Provides important client and corporate services to the Canadian Coast Guard Arctic Region. Supervises employees, provides information and advice to managers and employees, completes research and analytical work, provides transactional services (arranging training, routing staffing paperwork, etc.), prepares presentations, reports and other documents including maintaining regional workforce tracking tools, and more! Business Analyst: Responsible for in-year financial support to senior management, business planning and providing financial services to various organizations across CCG Arctic Region. Financial Management activities include budget management, completing quarterly financial reviews and forecasting, creation of commitments, reallocation of expenditures, assisting with contract and procurement management.
