About this role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately complete Bills of Lading for all outgoing shipments.
• Interface with carriers and customer service to address questions, concerns and needs
• Interact with drivers and warehouse personnel in a courteous and professional manner
• Gather information and prepare truck load report daily
• Assist with order processing
• Run the appropriate closing reports daily
• Serves as a back-up for daily productivity reports
• Operates material handling equipment to receive, store and ship product

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer proficiency
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
