About this role

What You'll Do

• Inspect manufactured parts for quality using visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

• Follow job packets, work instructions, and established quality procedures.

• Perform routine inspections throughout the production process.

• Complete box, lot, start-up, and last-shot inspections as required.

• Inspect products according to AQL requirements and customer specifications.

• Identify parts that do not meet quality requirements and assist with determining whether products should be reworked or placed on hold.

• Communicate quality concerns to production team members and supervisors.

• Participate in shift-to-shift meetings to ensure important quality information is communicated.

• Provide daily training and guidance to cell operators on quality and inspection requirements.

• Maintain accurate inspection and training documentation.

• Help support production goals while maintaining high quality standards.

• Follow GMP/GDP, safety, and 6S requirements.

• Report unsafe conditions and quality concerns promptly.

• Work as part of a team to keep the production cell running efficiently.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• College degree OR 4+ years of quality/manufacturing experience.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

• Ability to carefully follow written procedures and instructions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to identify quality issues and communicate them clearly.

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
