DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read schedules and specifications to take correct resource materials to packaging line.
• Supply proper material to packaging lines throughout the shift as needed.
• Communicate with others to be informed of any changeovers of product.
• Properly identify work in process (WIP) overflow product that is placed in overflow containers.
• Take contaminated containers to proper destination.
• Recycle acceptable open packages of product back to packaging line.
• Assist in setting up packaging lines assigned per labor model.
• Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety policies, USDA, GMPs, QA, HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies.
• Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
