Peak Utility Infrastructure is an integrated engineering and construction company that serves the Electric, Natural Gas, and Telecommunications industries. Position Title: AP Specialist

Pay Range: $40+/hour
Essential Functions:

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Scan service cards and upload to SharePoint/internal systems to close out work order
• Data entry – time and work completed into 2 proprietary systems
• Track and update non active work orders/spreadsheet and bill when they become active
• Mail out closed work orders once per week
• Self-audit for data entry errors daily
• Communicate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies

• Strong decision making and analytical thinking ability
• Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise accounting software
Experience and Education:
• Experience with enterprise accounting software
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year to year basis
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
