Service Advisor – Modern INFINITI of Greensboro

Modern INFINITI of Greensboro is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. Our Service Advisors typically work with 10–20 customers per day, providing a great opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and motivated to build strong relationships while maximizing their earning potential.

What You'll Do
• Greet customers and write accurate repair orders
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs
• Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from check-in through delivery
What We're Looking For
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers
• Automotive knowledge and ability to explain repairs clearly
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
